HTH structures in lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) enzymes

Crystal structures of LDH enzymes from bacteria (B.longum 1LLD) and fish (S.acanthius 1LDM). The HTH-like region is in bright green. Other alpha helices are in violet and beta strands in yellow. 1LLD is shown as a dimer.
